Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to SimplyBeInspiration.com and Simply Be Inspiration and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Simply Be Inspiration include SimplyBeInspiration.com. The Simply Be Inspiration website is a Blog site.

It does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which the Site links. The inclusion of a link on the Site does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates.

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards that are intended to appropriately protect Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of processing of the Personal Information in our possession. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and thus we cannot and do not guarantee the security of your data. A. Marketing Communications

If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications. You may also opt out from receiving commercial email from us by sending your request to us by email at admin@simplybeinspiration.com. Please be aware that, even after you opt out from receiving commercial messages from us, you may continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Site. 

B. Data Protection Rights in Europe

In certain jurisdictions you have the right to request access and receive information about the Personal Information we maintain about you, to update and correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information, to restrict or object to the processing of your Personal Information, to have the information blocked, anonymized or deleted, as appropriate, or to exercise your right to data portability to easily transfer your Personal Information to another company. SBI is based in the United States. We take measures to de-identify or delete Personal Information when it is no longer necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When determining the retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of products and services requested by or provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, possible re-enrollment with our products or services, the impact of the retention period on the services we provide to you, mandatory retention periods provided by law and the statute of limitations.

8. Use of the Site by Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of sixteen (16), and we request that they not provide personal information through the Site. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information, he or she should contact us at admin@simplybeinspiration.com, and we will take steps to immediately delete that information.
